Prices are effective from 8th December 2025 and are valid until further notice.

Solution-Focused Brief Therapy

I provide solution-focused brief therapy in person and virtually. I offer individual sessions as well as packages at a reduced rate (-10 %). Recommendation: 60—and 90-minute sessions for individuals, and 90-minute sessions for families. Group therapy is charged separately. More information is below.

Individual sessions

  • First visit 30 min: 34 € (1,13 €/min)
  • 60 min: 68 € (1,13 €/min)
  • 90 min: 101 € (1,13 €/min)

Packages

Packages include a discount (-10%) and are valid for 4 months from the first session.

60-minute packages:

  • 3 x 60 min: 183 € (1,02 €/min, paid individually 203 €)
  • 5 x 60 min: 306 € (1,02 €/min, paid individually 339 €)

90-minute packages:

  • 3 x 90 min: 275 € (1,02 €/min, paid individually 305 €)
  • 5 x 90 min: 459 € (1,02 €/min, paid individually 508 €)
  • The prices do not include, nor will they be subject to, value-added tax (VAT), because I am not liable for VAT due to the small scale of my business.
  • Virtual and in-person sessions follow the same pay-per-minute principle.
  • Individual and couples or family therapy sessions follow the same pay-per-minute principle.
  • Packages are valid for 4 months from the first session. The payment method is negotiated individually with the client.
  • Group therapy, i.e., therapy for 3–8 individuals (usually unknown to each other), is priced separately. In general, group therapy costs 1/3 of the price of sessions for individuals per session.
  • I have 1 to 2 sliding-scale spots available for people with limited finances and members of marginalized groups. Email me to find out more. (There are currently no free spots.)
  • Booking policy:
    – You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance free of charge
    – Any cancellation and rescheduling made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee (100 % of the price of the service)
    – No-shows will result in a cancellation fee (100 % of the price of the service)
    – In the event of a force majeure / unavoidable emergency, your cancellation fee may be applied to future services
    – I want to do my best to help you to remember your appointment. I have scheduled two email reminders for you: the first one 24 hours and the second 1 hour ahead of your appointment. (Reminders not available currently)
