Thriving people. Effective teams. More sustainable workplaces.
Amid growth, change, and the pressures of working life, many organizations struggle with the same challenges: responsibilities become unclear, feedback does not flow, key people become overloaded, and collaboration starts to rely too heavily on a few individuals.
At the same time, individuals may be left alone with stress, change, or challenging life situations.
I help individuals, teams, and organizations strengthen well-being, psychological safety, inclusion, and effective collaboration. My work combines solution-focused brief therapy, coaching, workplace development and facilitation, as well as practices that strengthen diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
Does this sound familiar?

Organizations
- Are responsibilities unclear or piling up on the same people?
- Is collaboration being slowed down by interpersonal tensions or constant “firefighting”?
- Is it difficult to give or receive feedback?
- Are managers, producers, or other key people becoming overloaded?
- Are different perspectives and areas of expertise not being fully utilized?
- Is growth or change challenging the team’s effectiveness and sense of belonging?
I am especially passionate about creative and expert teams that want to build collaboration capable of withstanding growth, change, and pressure. I believe that the most effective and satisfied teams emerge when responsibilities are clear, people feel safe to share their perspectives, and diverse strengths are put to use collectively.

Professionals in helping and guidance work
- You want to treat every client with respect and equality, but worry about making unintentional assumptions.
- You’re not always sure how to ask about or discuss diversity in a natural and respectful way.
- A client’s background, identity, or life situation may present situations that your professional training has not prepared you for.
- You wonder how to make your practice or guidance sessions genuinely safer and more inclusive for a diverse range of clients.
The Foundations of Inclusive Client Work training combines research-based knowledge with practical tools that you can apply directly in your own client work.

Private clients
- Have stress, strain, or burnout started taking up too much space in your life?
- Are you in the middle of a change, crisis, or important life transition?
- Do you need more clarity about your needs, boundaries, or future direction?
- Are you reflecting on questions related to identity, relationships, or your place in the world?
- Do you need a safe space to pause and reconnect with yourself?
Themes related to diverse identities, human and romantic relationships, neurodivergence, well-being, religion, and spirituality are particularly close to my heart.
I am currently looking for a few growing organizations to join a team transformation program
Is your company growing, but collaboration is not keeping pace with the change?
The team transformation program helps build:
- clearer responsibilities
- smoother collaboration
- a more effective feedback culture
- better decision-making
- sustainable growth without overburdening a small number of people
I work especially with organizations in the creative industries, media, gaming, and expert sectors, where growth, change, or increasing workloads challenge team effectiveness.
At the moment, I am looking for a few organizations to help me finalize the team transformation program before its wider launch.
If you recognize any of the challenges described above in your organization, let’s talk about whether the program could help your team.
Responsibility and sustainability
My work is guided by the principles of planetary well-being, according to which the well-being of people, communities, and the environment are inseparably connected. I provide services that support mental health, equality, sustainable working life, and responsible practices.
